The 71 sqm accommodation is located on the ground floor with an independent entrance directly from the street and is spread over several levels: pay attention to the internal steps that separate them.

- There are NO WINDOWS;
- There are 7 steps to access the lower level + 1 step to access the laundry room + 2 steps to access the bedroom;
- The keys to the front door are located inside a safe that opens with a code, which will be provided at check-in.

7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Bari equal to €2 per person per night, for the first 4 nights.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Not only does Bari capture tourists' eyes, but also their palate, with its street food and typical Apulian dishes: from "sgagliozze" to the fried "panzerotto", from raw fish (mussels, oysters, octopus) to puree broad beans, from Bari's raw ham to the famous "orecchiette" with turnip tops.
Bari is a city that over the years has made the historic center a place of urban aggregation for young people and adults alike, thanks to the presence of trendy and sophisticated clubs as well as many attractions for tourists who love culture. There are many events and manifestations such as the San Nicola Fair in May, and, especially, the Levante Fair, an international exhibition, which takes place in September. The Fair aims at encouraging exchanges between the East and the West, of which Bari is traditionally the most important meeting point.
The apartment is ideally located to stay in a central but quiet area: 300 m far from the Bari's seafront, one of the liveliest areas of the city, animated by live concerts, the feast of San Nicola, and numerous events with street food. It is also only a 7-minute walk from the historic center and the renowned “N'derr alla lanz”, the temple of raw Bari fish, and less than 10 minutes-walk from the Margherita Theater Museum and the Petruzzelli Theater. All the services needed for a comfortable stay are within walking distance: supermarkets, bars, pharmacies are in fact within 400 meters.

- FROM KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the FR2 train to Bari Centrale station, 1 km from the flat.

- FROM BARI CENTRALE STATION: the apartment is easily reachable in 14 minutes on foot (1,1 km).

- IF YOU ARE TRAVELING BY CAR: the flat is located outside the ZTL and can be reached by car. Street parking must be paid for on blue lines (NOT guaranteed). Alternatively, it is possible to park for a fee at the Silopark Sonnino, in Corso Sidney Sonnino 25/A, 3 minutes on foot from the accommodation.
