Comfortable apartment furnished with taste, able to accommodate up to 4 people. The flat is located just 10 minutes walk from Quintino Sella station and less than 15 from the historic center and the seafront. The former tobacco factory, the CRM, as well as the covered market in Via Nicolai are in the immediate vicinity. The area is also well connected by public transport to the airport and full of shops, restaurants, pizzerias and typical bakeries where you can buy the famous focaccia from Bari.

The apartment of about 40 sqm is located in the basement of a building without elevator: there is a flight of stairs to access it.

The internal space is composed as follows:
- Kitchenette equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, moka, electric kettle and traditional oven
- Living area with double sofa bed, dining table and 32" Smart TV with Netflix
- Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and split AC
- Toilet with toilet, bidet and shower box.

At the entrance there are table and chairs for two people to sit and have lunch outdoors. This is NOT a private space, the passage is shared with the other basement apartment.

Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI with Fastweb fiber, heating with heat pump, washing machine outside the apartment, mosquito nets, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

All identity documents of the guests must be presented on arrival as required by Italian law.

Please note that check-in after the specified time must be agreed directly with the structure and provide a supplement as follows:
- 21.30 - 23.00: € 25.00;
- 23.00 - 24.00: € 30.00;
- 24.00 - 01.30: € 40.00.

There are many events and manifestations such as the San Nicola Fair in May, and , especially, the Levante Fair, an international exhibition, which takes place in September. The Fair aims at encouraging exchanges between the East and the West, of which Bari is traditionally the most important meeting point.

- FROM KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: it is possible to reach the apartment by the shuttle (TEMPESTA), getting off at the Via Francesco Crispi stop, 300m from the property. Alternatively, it is possible take the FR2 train (three stops) to the Via Brigata Bari stop, 700m from the apartment.

- FROM BARI CENTRALE RAILWAY STATION: it is possible to reach the apartment by the FR2 train, Quintino Sella stop, 800m from the property.

- IF YOU ARE TRAVELING BY CAR: it is possible to park on the street for free, outside the house. Alternatively there is a Garage (Bielorussia Garage), 100 meters from the apartment, in which it is possible to pak for a fee.
