Cozy apartment equipped with all the main comforts to accommodate up to 3 people, including WIFI and two balconys. The flat is located in a very central position, in an area equipped with every essential service for a comfortable stay, such as supermarkets, restaurants and shops. It is located just 10 minutes walk from Bari Vecchia and the Petruzzelli Theater, 7 minutes from University and Quintino Sella station, and 100m from the Tech Fitness gym. Smart TV included!

The 65 sqm apartment is located on the second floor. There is a need to climb a flight of 42 steps to access it.

The interior space is composed as follows:
- Kitchen with kitchenette equipped with four gas burners, washing machine with small freezer, electric kettle, moka, microwave and oven, washing machine.
- Mezzanine bedroom with double bed. to access the bedroom it is necessary to climb 10 steps.
- Toilet with toilet, bidet and raised shower box. To access the bathroom it is necessary to take a step.
- Living room with sofa bed, dining table with chairs, smart TV.

-Bathroom with bidet, raised shower cubicle, toilet and sink.
Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI , heating with heat pump, iron and ironing board.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

N.B .: There is an internal staircase to access the mezzanine (10 steps), plus a step to access the bathroom and 42 steps to access the apartment.

7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Bari equal to €2 per person per night, for the first 4 nights.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Please note that check-in after the specified time must be agreed directly with the structure and provide a supplement as follows:
- 21.30 - 23.00: € 25.00;
- 23.00 - 24.00: € 30.00;
- 24.00 - 01.30: € 40.00.

Bari is a city that over the years has made the historic center a place of urban aggregation for young people and adults alike, thanks to the presence of trendy and sophisticated clubs as well as many attractions for tourists who love culture. There are many events and manifestations such as the San Nicola Fair in May, and, especially, the Levante Fair, an international exhibition, which takes place in September. The Fair aims at encouraging exchanges between the East and the West, of which Bari is traditionally the most important meeting point.
The apartment is located in an excellent position: 15 minutes walk from the sea and from the port. In 10 minutes on foot you can easily reach the historic center, an ideal starting point for exploring the city and all the points of interest, such as the renowned raw fish market. All the services needed for a comfortable stay are within walking distance: supermarkets, bars, pharmacies are in fact within 300 meters.

- FROM KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the FR2 train to the "Quintino Sella" station, 650m from the flat.

- FROM BARI CENTRALE STATION: the apartment can be reached on foot in 13 minutes (1,4 km) or by taking the FM1 Ferrotramviaria line to the "Quintino Sella" station, 950m from the flat.


- IF YOU ARE TRAVELING BY CAR: the apartment is located outside the ZTL and can be reached by car. It is possible to park for free (NOT guaranteed) at the Eurospin car park in Via Napoli at 400 meters or for a fee at the Quick Bari San Francesco car park, in Via Trevisani 54A, a 3-minute walk from the apartment.
