Cozy apartment equipped with all the main comforts to accommodate up to 3 people, including WIFI and two balconys. The flat is located in a very central position, in an area equipped with every essential service for a comfortable stay, such as supermarkets, restaurants and shops. It is located just 10 minutes walk from Bari Vecchia and the Petruzzelli Theater, 7 minutes from University and Quintino Sella station, and 100m from the Tech Fitness gym. Smart TV included!

The 65 sqm apartment is located on the second floor of a building NOT equipped with elevator: it is necessary to climb a flight of 42 steps to access it.

The interior space is composed as follows:
- Kitchen equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, moka, microwave and traditional oven
- Living room with sofa bed, wardrobe, dining table, TV and split A/C
- Mezzanine bedroom (need to climb 10 steps) with double bed, wardrobe and split A/C
- Toilet with wc, bidet and raised shower box (1 step to access it).
- Two balconies.

Additional facilities available for the guests: Iliad Fibra UNLIMITED WIFI, fan, indipendent heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

Not only does Bari capture tourists' eyes, but also their palate, with its street food and typical Apulian dishes: from "sgagliozze" to the fried "panzerotto", from raw fish (mussels, oysters, octopus) to puree broad beans, from Bari's raw ham to the famous "orecchiette" with turnip tops.
Bari is a city that over the years has made the historic center a place of urban aggregation for young people and adults alike, thanks to the presence of trendy and sophisticated clubs as well as many attractions for tourists who love culture. There are many events and manifestations such as the San Nicola Fair in May, and, especially, the Levante Fair, an international exhibition, which takes place in September. The Fair aims at encouraging exchanges between the East and the West, of which Bari is traditionally the most important meeting point.
The apartment is located in an excellent position: 15 minutes walk from the sea and from the port. In 10 minutes on foot you can easily reach the historic center, an ideal starting point for exploring the city and all the points of interest, such as the renowned raw fish market. All the services needed for a comfortable stay are within walking distance: supermarkets, bars, pharmacies are in fact within 300 meters.

- FROM KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the FR2 train to the "Quintino Sella" station, 650m from the flat.

- FROM BARI CENTRALE STATION: the apartment can be reached on foot in 13 minutes (1,4 km) or by taking the FM1 Ferrotramviaria line to the "Quintino Sella" station, 950m from the flat.


- IF YOU ARE TRAVELING BY CAR: the apartment is located outside the ZTL and can be reached by car. It is possible to park for free (NOT guaranteed) at the Eurospin car park in Via Napoli at 400 meters or for a fee at the Quick Bari San Francesco car park, in Via Trevisani 54A, a 3-minute walk from the apartment.
