The apartment is a large open space organized as follows:

- LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (with induction hob, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric oven, microwave, toast, wine glasses and kitchen utensils), dining table, single sofa bed, 24" TV, split A/C and access to the balcony;
- SLEEPING AREA with double bed, double sofa bed, TV 24", wardrobe and access to a small veranda;
- BATHROOM with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC;
- BALCONY furnished with two armchairs and a coffee table;
- SMALL VERANDA with table and chairs.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, central heating, air conditioning (a split in the living room), washing machine, hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
