Bari Waterfront Apartment

Charming and spacious apartment that comfortably accommodates 5 people with two bedrooms and a bathroom, equipped with every comfort for a pleasant stay, including a garage for a small car. The flat is located near Bari Airport and the cycle/pedestrian path, in a convenient area equipped with every essential service, such as bars, supermarkets, shops and pharmacies. The beach is only 50 meters away on foot!

The 80 sqm apartment is located on the sixth floor of a building with elevator (not suitable for the disabled) and is composed as follows:

- KITCHEN equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, traditional oven and moka
- LIVING ROOM with single sofa bed, dining table and TV
- BEDROOM I with queen bed, split AC and wardrobe
- BEDROOM II with two single bunk beds and chest of drawers
- TOILET with wc, bidet and bathtub with shower screen

Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, one fan, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

ATTENTION: work is underway in the internal courtyard of the building, therefore there may be some noise. There is also scaffolding on the terrace, therefore it is NOT usable.

7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Bari equal to €2 per person per night, for the first 4 nights.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Near the apartment, you can find all the main services, including a supermarket just 40 meters away and a bar and pharmacy within 500 meters. The beack is only 50 meters away from the structure!

The District of Bari Murat spreads between the railway and the coastal roads with its orthogonal grid, and together with the late Old Town constitutes today’s centre of the city.
The district is named “Murattiano” since Joachim Murat (Marshal of Napoleon Bonaparte), inaugurated and supported, during his government at the head of the Kingdom of Naples, the construction of the new area near the ancient medieval city of Bari.
Indeed, Murat promulgated the decree for the construction of the “new town” (or “gioacchino”, then “murattiano”) in a flat area in the south of the old centre, while the walls surrounding the old city were gradually dismantled and replaced by current Corso Vittorio Emanuele.
The Murat is the most vibrant neighbourhood of the city. In the area there are some of the busiest and most vital places in the city as Corso Vittorio Emanuele II and Piazza Umberto I overlooked by the majestic building of the University.

- From Bari Centrale Railway Station, take the REG22306 train to Barletta and get off at the first stop, Bari Zona Industriale. From there, walk for 20 minutes.

- Karol Wojtyła Airport is one hour away by car. By public transport, from the airport you need to take the FR2 train (5 stops) to Bari Centrale. Once at the station, take the REG22306 train to Barletta and get off at the first stop, Bari Zona Industriale. From there, walk for 20 minutes.

- For those traveling by car, a garage is available for one small car. Outside the building it is possible to park for free on the street.
