The property is located in a central area of ​​Palermo, a few steps from the famous Ballarò market and a 10-minute walk from Palazzo Reale.

The accommodation is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with single sofa bed (140 cm) and OPEN KITCHEN (gas hob with 4 burners, fridge with freezer, moka, kettle, oven, microwave, dining table and kitchenware);
- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe and desk;
- BEDROOM II with double bed, wardrobe and desk;
- BATHROOM with shower (raised), sink, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited wifi, split A/C with heat pumps (split in the bedrooms), washing machine (in the kitchen), iron and ironing board, drying rack, clothes rack and hairdryer.
Baby cot available.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00
EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

The city tax has to be paid in cash upon check-in: €2.00 per person per night of stay.

The apartment is located in a central area of ​​Palermo, characterized by all the main services (bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies) and a short distance from the famous Ballarò market. All the main attractions of the historic city center, as well as the Central Station of Palermo, can be reached in a few minutes on foot.

- From Palermo airport, it is possible to reach the apartment with the Prestia and Comandè bus lines or with the regional train to Palermo Central Station.

- From Palermo Central Station, it is possible to easily reach the apartment on foot in about 8 minutes.

- For those traveling by car, it is possible to park for a fee at the car park in Via Pisacane, 400 meters from the apartment.
