The 80 sqm apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of a building without elvator: there is a flight of stairs to access.

The internal space is composed as follows:
- Kitchenette equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric moka, electric kettle, traditional oven and toaster;
- Living area with double sofa bed, desk, split AC and 43" TV
- Bedroom I with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and split AC

- Small terrace equipped with table and chairs x2.
