Our comfortable and modern apartment perfect for 4 guests is located in the Patrizia condominium, a stone's throw from the sea, where you will find both public and private beaches. The second entrance to the complex is very convenient, with which you exit directly onto the main street, where there are public transport stops with which you can reach Sanremo and the nearby towns. In the town of Ospedaletti there are all the main services you will need!

Apartment of about 68 square meters is located on the second floor of a building with a lift which is part of the Patrizia complex

The internal space is organized as follows:

- KITCHEN with gas hob, fridge with freezer, traditional oven and microwave, electric kettle, moka and various kitchen utensils
-LIVING ROOM with two single sofa bed modules that can be joined for a double bed, very bright, equipped with a French window that leads to the livable and equipped terrace
- BEDROOM equipped with a queen bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe
-BATHROOM equipped with shower, sink, bidet and toilet;
- TERRACE furnished with table and chairs. The exposure is south-east and from the terrace you can see the sea and the greenery.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: UNLIMITED WIFI, Smart TV, central heating, fan, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

Possibility to find parking in the condominium courtyard or on the street (not guaranteed)

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

At the time of check-in we will need to register the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore we will be asked to show a valid document.


Please note that check-in after the indicated time must be organized directly with the property and require a supplement as follows:
* 30 euros after 21.30 and until 00.00 *

The tourist tax of 1.50 euro per night per person will be collected in cash, for the first 5 nights, as required by the municipality of Ospedaletti. Children under the age of 14 are exempt.
