The flat is located in the historic center (traffic-restricted area), at walking distance from all points of interest: it is only 200m from Corso Alfieri, home of the main monuments of the city, and a 10 minute-walk from Piazza Campo del Palio. The train station is only 650 meters away!

The 90 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of a building without elevator (there is a step to access) and is divided into two levels separated by an internal staircase.

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.

Our keyholder will get in touch with you to arrange the check-in, give you the keys and show you the apartment. We will be at disposal for any requests and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized. For any unexpected events or clarification we will be reachable by phone or by e-mail.

At the check-in we will need to record the data of each guest, as required by Italian law, and you will therefore be required to show a valid document.

Please note that a surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 25 from 21:30 until 23:00
- EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00:00
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is 01:30.

As requested by the Municipality of Asti, upon arrival you will be asked to pay the tourist tax in cash of € 2 per day, for the first 4 nights.

Known as the city of 100 towers, Asti is located in the heart of Piemonte, in the midst of wonderful hills famous all over the world for their wines: Monferrato, Langhe, Roero. The city is full of medieval monuments, mostly concentrated on Corso Alfieri, the main street and shopping artery: in addition to the homonymous Palace and Theater, you can't miss a visit to the numerous churches, including the wonderful Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta and San Gottardo, the Crypt Museo Sant'Anastasio and the Clock Tower, symbol of the city. Not to be missed is also a walk to Piazza Campo del Palio, one of the largest squares in Italy, home, together with Piazza Alfieri, of a characteristic and fascinating market held on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
The flat is located in the heart of the historic center, a few steps from all points of interest and a short distance from bars, pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants: everything you need for a comfortable stay!

IF YOU ARE TRAVELLING BY CAR: the apartment is located in a traffic-restricted area (ZTL): pay attention to access to the area if you are traveling by car. It is possible to park for free in Piazza Campo del Palio, 800 meters away, or for a fee in Piazza Roma, 140 meters away.
