Asti Comentina Railway Functional Flat

Modern and functional apartment of approximately 50 m2, ideal for 3 people, is located on the third floor of a period building equipped with a lift and consists of a kitchenette, living area, a bedroom, a bathroom and two balconies. We are in the heart of the historic center of Asti, a few steps from Corso Vittorio Alfieri, where the main monuments are located and the historical parades of the Palio di Asti and all the main tourist, cultural and food and wine events take place.
The space
The internal space is organized as follows:

- LIVING AREA with queen-size sofa bed (recommended for single use), relaxation corner and TV.
- KITCHEN CORNER with induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, toaster, moka, various kitchen utensils, dining table.
- BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe.
- BATHROOM with shower cubicle, sink, bidet and WC.
- TWO BALCONIES.


FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited WiFi, independent heating with the boiler, ducted air conditioning throughout the house (managed internally by the thermostat), washing machine, iron, clothesline and hairdryer.
Guest access
The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests during their stay.
Other things to note
7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
We need this procedure to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service, which is the Italian procedure for accommodating guests in Italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (Presidential Decree 04/16/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 10.6.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: weighted average air temperatures must not exceed 19°C. The ignition period and the daily ignition duration depend on the climatic zone defined by the legislation.
Asti Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from 22 October to 7 April.

As requested by the Municipality of Asti, the payment of the tourist tax of €2 per day for the first 4 nights will be required upon arrival.
