- BEDROOM I with a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers;
- BEDROOM II with a single bed, wardrobe, and desk;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and WC;
- BALCONY;
- TERRACE.

FURTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited WiFi, central heating, air conditioning via a split unit (in the living room), washing machine, hairdryer, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.
A reserved garage is available on-site (height: 190 cm, entrance width: 218 cm, length: 517 cm).

Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C

We kindly ask you to note, that late check-in is provided upon request and has an extra cost:

- 21.00 - 23.00: € 25,00;
- 23.00 - 24.00: € 30,00;
- 24:00 - 01.30: € 40,00.

- From Venice Airport, the most convenient way od reaching the apartment is by taxi / car (120km - 1 hour and 20 minutes).

- From Friuli Venezia Giulia - Ronchi Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the regional train from Trieste Airport station (just over 10 minutes on foot from the airport) to Udine station, from which it is possible to continue by bus up to the apartment.

- From Udine Train Station, you can reach the apartment by taking bus no. 1 to the stop "UDINE via Forni di Sotto 9 (Piazzale Chiavris)," which is about a 1-minute walk from the property.

- If you are traveling by car, a garage parking space is included on-site (height: 190 cm, entrance width: 218 cm, length: 517 cm).
Alternatively, you can park for free on the street (white lines - NOT guaranteed) or use the paid parking in Via Colugna, open 24/7, about a 15-minute walk from the property (NOT guaranteed).
