To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Venezia. Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Sestriere Castello is a very lively district and occupies the easternmost part of the historic center of Venice. The Arsenale (in this area of the city since 1100) and La Biennale characterize this part of the historical center. Furthermore, the proximity to Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge make the Castello district an excellent starting point the the entire lagoon city comfortably. Walking through Riva degli Schiavoni, just 3 minutes from the apartment, in less than 10 minutes you will arrive in Piazza San Marco, passing next to the wonderful Palazzo Ducale. Alternatively, the "Arsenale" bus-boats stop will be very convenient for you to move towards the Grand Canal.

- from Hospital: Line 4 or Line B: for Murano

For Marco Polo Airport:
- From Santa Lucia station: every 10 min, bus n ° 5 (about 40 minutes).
- Alilaguna (shuttle) from the Rialto stop
