Comfortable apartment x 6 located in a quiet and peaceful area, equipped with all services, close to the center of Turin but outside the ZTL. The apartment is located near the Olympic Stadium and Pala Alpitour, home to numerous concerts and events, and less than 3 km from Lingotto Fiere. The Dante underground station is only 650m away, 4 stops from Porta Nuova station. The building is located in a residence with a large internal garden and free parking space in the communal area.

The flat is 70 sqm size and it's located on the first floor of a building without elevator. It is composed as follows:
- Independent kitchen 18sqm equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, traditional kettle, moka, toaster, juicer, vacuum cleaner, traditional oven and microwave.
- First bedroom 22sqm with queen bed, wardrobe and TV.
- Second bedroom 20sqm with 1 single bed, 1 loft bed with desk under, and 2 folding single beds
- Toilet with toilet, bidet and shower box
- Covered balcony 4sqm
Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).
N.B. In the case of long stays (over 30 days) the linen will be collected every maximum 15 days by the cleaning company.
Once collected, the guest can choose:
- to use their own;
- the replacement: in this case there is a cost of €15 for a queen set and €8 for each additional set.

Attention: the entrance door can only be closed with the keys.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.

We are very flexible and are happy to organize late check-outs, if possible. However, this depends on whether or not we have guests arriving on the day you leave. For this reason, we will confirm any requests of late check-out the day before your arrival.

We will be at disposal for any requests and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized.
For any unexpected events or clarification we will be reachable by phone or by e-mail.

According to the Italian Law, upon arrival our guest will be required to show a valid identity document in order to record all the details of each guest.

The keys will be collected in our office in via Filippo Juvarra 24 in Turin, from 11.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 23.00. It will be possible to enter the apartment after 15:00.

The office can be reached from Porta Susa Station (where all regional / intercity and high-speed trains stop and also the Sadem shuttle from the airport) in 5 minutes on foot. If you are traveling by car, you will find free places in front of the office where you can leave the car in order to collect the keys.

It will be possible to leave your luggage in the office, collect the keys and access the apartment once cleaning is finished, by 3.00 pm. We will provide you with further instructions one week before check in.

For those who take advantage of the self check-in, we will offer a welcome welcome kit.

After 21, check-in directly at the apartment is possible with the following extra costs:
- EUR 25 from 21:00 to 23:00
- EUR 30 from 23:00 to 00:00
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30
All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. The last possible check-in, even paying the supplement, is 01:30.

Apartment has a very convenient location close to the city center, the Polytechnic University of Turin, the Olympic Stadium, Pala Isozaki (Pala Alpitur), Lingotto and Dante Metro Station.
The accommodation is located near the Olympic Stadium, currently playing field of Torino F.C. as well in addition to being the scene of important concerts during the summer, and the Pala Alpitour home to numerous musical events.
In the neighborhood there are also shops of any kinds and two large parks ("Cavalieri di Vittorio Veneto Park" and the "Cesare Valperga di Masino" Garden). Nearby you can find a superstore, several bars, a Japanese restaurant and a pharmacy. In addition, the main city hospitals (Mauriziano, Koelliker and San Giovanni Molinette) are also easily reachable.

Near the apartment there are several lines of public transport that will allow you to reach the city center (about 20 minutes) - tram line 4, bus lines 42, 92, 000267 and S04.
The apartment is 650m away from Dante underground stop, 3.4 km away from PORTA SUSA station and 2.1 km from PORTA NUOVA station.
To get there from the airport you can use the SADEM buses which leave every 25 minutes, price 12 euros, single fare 6.5 euros (surcharge of 1 euro if you have the ticket on board).
Parking is free in the condominium area of ​​the residence.
It is possible to reach in a few minutes the Pala Alpitour, home to numerous concerts.
If you are traveling for work, you can quickly reach FCA and General Motors by public transport (about 15-20 minutes).
