Cozy apartment of about 45 sqm, for up to 4 people, located on the 2nd floor with lift (NOT suitable for disabled people; some steps at the entrance) of a renovated ancient building. The apartment is located in the Piazza Ferrucci/Ponte San Niccolò, in a quiet neighborhood, but at the same time equipped with the main services. In about 15 minutes on foot it is possible to reach Ponte Vecchio and the city center and Piazzale Michelangelo, with a splendid view over the entire city.

The inside is organized as follows:

- BATHROOM with shower cubicle (raised), sink, bidet and toilet.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Florence Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 25 from 21:00 until 23:00;
- EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00:00;
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30;
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

The apartment is located in the South Florence area, at the foot of Viale dei Colli (which leads to Piazzale Michelangelo), a few steps from the Arno river and a few minutes from the historic center. It is possible to reach Ponte Vecchio in about 15 minutes on foot or in 10 minutes by bus n. C4, from which it is possible to begin the visit of the wonderful historic center of Florence.
The neighborhood is quiet and lively at the same time, being equipped with all the main services, such as multiple restaurants, pastry shops, cafes, shops, supermarket and pharmacies.
