The 70sqm apartment is located on the first floor of a building without a lift, with a superb sea view from the entrance and living room. The space consists of entrance hall with living room with French sofa bed and balcony equipped with outdoor table and chairs overlooking the Gulf. Kitchenette with hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and electric kettle. Bedroom with queen bed, wardrobe and small balcony. Toilet with bidet and shower box. Please note: the bathroom and the bedroom are accessible via 3 steps. A staircase leads to the loft with a single bed. Additional services available to the guests: "Penguin" -powerful portable air conditioner-, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Porto Rotondo is a wonderful seaside resort in northern Sardinia close to Costa Smeralda and famous for its internationally renowned Yacht Club, nightclubs and trendy restaurants including the "Tartarughino" and "La Rosa dei Venti". In the evening it is very pleasant to walk through the streets of the center (pedestrian area) and enjoy the tasty ice cream parlors, the elegant boutiques or the aperitif and evening venues. During the day you can reach the beaches of Ira, Punta Volpe, Sassi, Algae and Hruska with their crystal clear turquoise waters and even reachable by a city mini-bus "beach service"! The location of the village is exceptional: a few km from Olbia Isola Bianca (Porto) and Olbia Costa Smeralda (Airport) and base to explore the beaches of the Costa Smeralda, Palau, La Maddalena and its archipelago and (if you have a lot of desire to drive!) also the beautiful areas of Castelsardo / Stintino in the West and Tavolara, Cala Brandinchi, Capo Coda Cavallo and San Teodoro in south-east!
