The space
Apartment of about 50 square meters is located on the second floor of a building without a lift (not suitable for the disabled). The accommodation consists of:

LIVING AREA: with a quuen sofa bed and dining area
KITCHEN CORNER: with fridge, freezer, induction hob, combined microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, moka, Cecotec coffe machine and kitchen utensils
BEDROOM: with a double bed and wardrobe
BATHROOM: equipped with shower, bidet and hairdryer
Our guests will also have unlimited WiFi, Air Conditioning (2 split), Smart TV, washing machine, independent heating with boiler, iron and ironing board, drying rack, fan, balcony, a camping cot.
Guest access
The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.
Other things to note
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Torino Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th.

The keys must be collected at the collection point which is approximately 10 minutes from the accommodation. We will provide you with further instructions as you approach your arrival
