The 55 sqm apartment is located on the fifth floor of a building with a lift (stairs to access it).

- KITCHEN with gas hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, kitchen utensils, wine glasses and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, TV and split A/C;
- BATHROOM with shower cubicle, sink, bidet, toilet and washing machine;
- BALCONY with table and chairs.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, split heating, split air conditioning (in the living room, bedroom and corridor), hairdryer, clothesline, iron and ironing board.

Guests will have full access to all the areas of the house, and there are no shared spaces.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax to the town of Alghero equal to EUR 1.00 or 0.50 cent per person per night for the first 5, depending on the season.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26 ºC for all types of buildings.
Winter: The weighted average air temperature should not exceed 19 ºC. The ignition period and the daily ignition time depend on the climatic zone defined by the legislation.

N.B. complete the registration and pay the Tourist Tax is REQUIRED to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

Description of the area
The accommodation is located in a strategic position between the historic center of the city and the beaches. In fact, the historic center can be reached on foot with a pleasant walk that runs alongside the seafront in about 10 minutes. The beaches, however, are just a 10-minute walk away.
The property is located in the heart of the city center of Alghero, an area served by all the main services: bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy.
Alghero station is only 2.7 km from the property, capable of connecting the tourist city to the city of Sassari.
Alghero is the most characteristic tourist center on the western coast of Northern Sardinia, characterized by solitary inlets and small bays with white sand beaches on an emerald green sea.
The historic center is one of the most interesting and fascinating in Sardinia and for those arriving in Alghero it is an obligatory stop.
The city beach is the large beach of Lido San Giovanni but to reach all the other numerous and beautiful beaches you need to head north - beyond Lido di San Giovanni - in the direction of the hamlet of Fertilia, where the beautiful dunes of Maria are located Pia.
Continuing further north towards Porto Conte, you can reach Bombarde beach and Lazzaretto beach, the latter characterized by the famous tower (1600) and beautiful coves with crystal-clear water.

- From Alghero Airport (connected all year round with numerous national and international destinations), it is possible to reach the apartment by bus (ALFA line), up to the "Alghero Via Garibaldi 45 Fr.guardia Finanza" stop. From here, you can take the bus (AF line) and get off at the "Alghero Via Giovanni XXIII Civico 21" stop, just a 4-minute walk from the property.

- From Alghero station it is possible to reach the property by bus (AP LINE) to the "Alghero Via Sassari 23 Mercato Civico" stop, just a 9-minute walk from the property.

- For those traveling by car, it is possible to park for free (NOT GUARANTEED) in the streets adjacent to the property or on the blue lines for a fee.
