Located on the third floor with lift of a village house, this apartment of approximately 60 m2 is ideal for a couple who want a quiet place but close to cafes, restaurants, shops and a few steps from the historic center.

The apartment of approximately 60 m2 is located on the third floor of a n historical building renovated about 10 years ago and equipped with a lift, a real rarity in houses like this in Como! The apartment features:

- a living room with open kitchen
- a double bedroom with wardrobe
- a bathroom with toilet, bidet, shower and sink
- a private balcony for the exclusive use of guests (access from the living room)
- a private laundry room for the exclusive use of guests (with access from the balcony).

The kitchen is equipped with induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, combined fridge and freezer.
In the living room there is a 32 inch smart TV, 2 armchairs and a dining table for two people.

On the balcony there is a breakfast table for 2 people. From the balcony there is access to a laundry room with washing machine, for the exclusive use of guests.

In the bedroom, in addition to a double bed and wardrobe, there is a second smart TV.

The space is equipped with
- a complete set of double bed linen; 2 bath towels for each guest (large towel and medium towel), kitchen towel; 2 rolls of courtesy toilet paper, basic courtesy condiments. courtesy bathroom kit.
The apartment is intended as self-catering, therefore the guest is expected to provide for his own daily needs and the host does not provide home delivery of anything not included in the courtesy kit.

The accommodation does not have baby equipment. If you are traveling with a newborn, you still have enough space to accommodate a travel cot and a foldable stroller.

It is possible to organize a partial or total cleaning service of the apartment during your stay, depending on the availability of our staff.
The service is paid and requires adequate notice of at least 24 hours.

Linen change is provided only for a fee and with at least 24 hours' notice.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

If you have to leave the apartment at night, for any reason, please follow the check out rules scrupulously.
We will then be able to assist you for the post-stay starting from the following morning, 9 am.

Check out is strictly no later than 10 am.
Our cleaning staff is authorized to enter the apartment with their own keys starting from 10 am on the day of check out. Please respect their working hours.
We ask you to prepare in advance and follow the check out instructions in the appropriate section of our announcement.

Unfortunately, this apartment cannot offer on-site luggage storage. You can organize yourself with the services in the city: The Cafe at the Como San Giovanni station, network of shops and activities available on Radical Storage

Como Borghi station is about a 10-minute walk away. The line is the FFNN (Ferrovie Nord), therefore very well connected to Milan. From the Como Borghi train station it is possible to reach the Como Camerlata station (FFSS) in a few minutes from where you can continue to Switzerland. Also from Como Borghi it is possible to reach the Como Lago station from which buses depart on international routes, as well as buses that lead to the towns on the lake (Como - Bellagio line). From Como Lago station you can walk a few minutes to the Brunate funicular. The connection with Malpensa international airport (MPX) is guaranteed by rail transport (FFNN line to Milan Cadorna where you change for the Malpensa Express). The public navigation pier can be reached by bus (urban line) in about 20 minutes.
Parking in the area can be stressful: under the house there are some paid parking spaces (3 spots), but a few minutes away you can park your car in the Courthouse silos for a fee, a few steps from the Como Borghi station.
We advise you to travel with light luggage or backpacks, avoiding big suitcases
