Large renovated apartment for 4 people, on three levels of a detached house and located in the historic center of Pesaro (ZTL), just 15 minutes walk from the sea and the station.
The apartment enjoys a unique atmosphere with exposed beams and parquet floors, and a romantic view of the old rooftops of the city. It is also surrounded by every shop and service: from the baker to the bookshop, from the clothing boutiques to the cozy restaurants, up to the supermarket and the pharmacy.

Accommodation of 115 sqm structured on three levels of a house. Please pay more attention to the internal stairs.

- large attic STUDY furnished with desk with chair, sofa and armchairs, bookcase, split A/C.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Pesaro, equal to EUR 1.50 per night per person. Children under 14 are exempt.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Pesaro Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22nd to 7 April

Please note that check-ins beyond the indicated time go with the property and directly agree on a supplement as follows:
- 21.30 - 23.00: € 25.00;
- 23.00 - 24.00: € 30.00;
- 24:00 - 01.30: € 40.00.

The accommodation is located just 15 minutes walk from the center of Pesaro and in the immediate vicinity are all the historic buildings, easily visitable on foot: the Olveriano Archaeological Museum, Palazzo Mosca, the Conservatory of music and Casa Rossini, the National Museum and the Rossini Theatre. The Doge’s Palace and the central Piazza del Popolo are also very close, as well as the beaches of Pesaro, reachable in 15 minutes on foot. Privileged location, with immediate access to shops, clubs and all essential services such as bars, pharmacy and supermarket are located within 500 meters.

- From the airport of Ancona: you can reach the apartment by taking the bus line C to the station of Falconara Marittima, from here the regional train to Pesaro and then walk in 20 minutes.

- From the station of Pesaro you can reach the apartment on foot in 20 minutes (1.4 km).

- If you are travelling by car, you can park for a fee at the parking "Parcheggio Marsala", in Via della Ginevera 7 just 5 minutes walk from the accommodation. The accommodation is in ZTL (traffic-restricted zone).
